Born in June 16th, 1979, in Akita city, Akita prefecture.

Eiko grew up in a musical family, and started her singing career from early on in her life.
She joined softball team as a pitcher in junior/high school, and led the team to be best 8 in Japan.

She passed the first audition she took when she was a senior in high school, and debuted as a singer with “Namida no chimaera” in June, 1999.
Her 2nd single “Squall” produced by Masaharu Fukuyama sold over 400,000 copies.
Since then she continued to release original songs and joined Masaharu Fukuyama tour as a chorus.
Last year she joined Linked Horizon “Shingeki no kiseki” tour, and performed in Japan and in the world.

Other than being a singer, she also is known as a radio DJ and a TV commercial narrator.
